       Daya has been seeking development through reform and innovation. By improving the modern enterprise system, various resources within the enterprise have been optimized and allocated, greatly improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise. At present, in terms of management system, enterprises implement a CEO responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, with one department, two offices, and eight centers.
       One is the Enterprise Development Department;
       The second office refers to the Office of the Board of Directors and the Office of the President;
       The eight major centers, namely the Marketing Center, International Trade Center, Manufacturing Center, Quality Center, R&D Center, Finance Center, Personnel Management Center, and Image Management Center, are all business unit institutions.
       According to the principle of high centralization and full authorization, the first, second, and eighth centers are directly led by the chairman of the board of directors and the president, and the heads of each department are directly responsible to the chairman and the president.
